Here are your two workouts for this week and the beginning of the meditation practice at the bottom of the page. Check them out! It is best if you do at least one workout and one meditation a day. If you do more, you are a real champ!

Meditation Practice

Try to find a quiet spot in your house for meditation. A closet will work :) Any quiet spot will work just fine. It does not matter what it is. Meditation practice is very short but extremely valuable. It will help you focus and stay calm. Please try it. The first video will tell you how to start, and the second video will guide you through your first meditation.
